This “Time-Specific” recipe is designed to provide either sustained energy for your weight-training or endurance workout, or to speed up the recovery process thereafter due to it’s high-glycemic index. This means that it creates an insulin secretion from the pancreas. That insulin acts as a catalyst and slams those good protein, glycogen molecules and vitamins and minerals right into the muscle and joint cells to reduce recovery time and therefore increase results, the scientific way!
**this is what you do**
get gluten-free pancake mix, mix as usual, then add 1 1/2-2cups puffed rice and water to desired consistency.
spray olive oil in pan to heat up and pour “silver dollar” size amount of batter for smaller, more crispy pancakes
use either maple syrup or honey to desired dipping ability
